Today’s polymath needs to be skilled in more than one area of life. For example, someone with skills in business development, digital art and programming might be considered a contemporary renaissance person.

How to make yourself happy? Activate healthy chemicals in your body w/ healthy tasks: ➡️ Serotonin = meditating, deep breathing➡️ Endorphins = laughing, dancing➡️ Oxytocin = giving compliments or a hug➡️ Dopamine = listing to favorite music, eating comfort food
